My Husband and I just purchased a home in Sherwood Park, from an agent by the name of Mariann McGuire. Mariann was very prompt on arriving on time for any appointment I would have with her. Whenever I had her paged, I could expect a call within minutes. Mariann went out of her way to direct me in the right direction, once I decided which house I wanted. She got me in contact with the people I needed to close the deal.
